Tiencken provides its clients with an array of services surrounding corporate transactions, business formation and general corporate counsel.   Recent services have included the negotiation of two of the largest power purchase agreements in the history of South Carolina, the purchase and sale of electric generation assets including renewable facilities, state and federal legislative and regulatory work and corporate and board representation for several of South Carolina’s Electric Cooperatives and South Carolina’s Joint Underwriting Association.
